What to request

You can request deletion of stored email data, aliases, preferences, digest history, feedback, and account data.

You can also request export before deletion if export is available for your account.

How deletion should work

BetterBeGood should run deletion as a tracked job, verify that database and storage records were handled, and create an audit event.

If deletion cannot be fully completed automatically, it should be escalated for support review.
